In this PR, I will be adding GraphQL queries and mutations specifically for Action items and short content. This enhancement aims to streamline how we manage and retrieve action-related data and associated short content, ensuring a more consistent and flexible API. The implementation will follow our established GraphQL patterns and include proper error handling and input validation.
