NoMongo: Postgres Migration Support for `User Portal`

Update query and mutations according to the recently migrated develop-postgres branch of talawa-api.

Make the schema support the changes

User data, organization_member, is present in the database, but organizations are not getting fetched, but those same organizations are visible in the admin portal as admin is also a user.
