Decode promo-codes into privatekeys
Decode promo-codes at reasonable speeds into private keys
Build a transaction, sending from the private key to the listed sweep address
Hook up the system to send to a blockchain explorer to automatically sweep coins
Add in support for multiple coins, not just pivx
