Override oc theme in some module's views

Hi.
My OC CMS has a module that loads some views in an Ajax panel. But when Ajax calls my views, the OC theme appears on my module razor page. How can I prevent the theme from being applied to some of my module razor's views? Or add a partial view in my module??

You can add this, what'll break out the given view template from the encompassing theme:
