[Feature Request] Add Proxmox Provider Support to elk Extension

I noticed that the current elk extension only lists virtualbox/azure/vmware/aws/ludus as supported providers (see screenshot).
Please add Proxmox (proxmox) as a supported provider, so that users can deploy elk on Proxmox VE environments as well.
