cx_Freeze's build output directory changed on the build server (new Python release), so
mangle-hw_libs.shis no longer being directed to the correct path.This PR replaces the dir name with a wildcard to avoid this out-of-date problem cropping up again, but fingers crossed that it does the right thing.
