Add ability to linkout PMID for Citation information in Results panel #8

Description
Annotation information for BEL statements backing edges can be viewed in the results panel, including the citation PMID. Currently, this information can't be copied to easily get to the abstract or full text of the supporting reference. Ideally, a link to PubMed would be provided.
