[Bug] Failed to install torch . Is there any way to do in conda?

Describe the bug
I follow the rules that is in the doc . there is the pipit torch version 1.11.0 have to be installed . but in conda packages they're a pythorch packages and I had an error with the conda environment. It is allowed to do with the PyTorch version? or I have install manually from the pypi?

I am having the same issue and installing the Linux-Specific stuff didn't work. I am on Ubuntu 22.04.2.
