Time Series in NGSI-LD

• Explore and demonstrate NGSI-LD time series API
• Evaluate integration with KairosDB instead of storing data in postgres

Conclusion: For the time being not to use the NGSI-LD time series API bur rather support KairosDB and TimescaleDB in parallel and integrate over unique ids/semantic attribute descriptions.
Over time we will fade out KairosDB.

• PostgREST user created with readonly rights but still figuring out how to assign user to timescaleDB as a 2nd user in helm chart with readonly access
