As a user learning Nix and trying to understand how to best use it

Describe the issue
The noogle.dev Service is super useful as it is usually the fastest way to find documentation for a given nix function. Discovering it however is quite hard.

Additional context
This is about discoverability, Nix is already way harder to learn than many other programming environments / distort management tools. Making the available resources easier to find / use would be a far disproportionate improvement regarding the amount of work it takes to make it.

While useful this could create an association that noogle is a service run by the NixOS Foundation or its marketing team. Which would result in issues being addressed to us and thus creating a larger overhead. Maybe an unofficial tools section could be useful, though it must be absolutely clear that we do not offer any support for it.

I had briefly discussed it with @hsjobeki in November, and would suggest to tuck a reference into the Nix language tutorial section on libraries (and probably again at the very end). I'd appreciate a PR that carefully weaves in a mention at a suitable spot.

Given the immense usability of projects like noogle, I would like to perhaps trigger a small change of perspective - if I can.

This should definitely be a project that becomes part of the nix family, as it is just light years better than the official documentation - for the search feature alone.

Given that this likely takes time, I would nevertheless like to urge the project to find a way to more prominently link to projects like this to make them vastly easier to discover for users.

Something I could envision: Adding a section of associated projects in the learning page? Other projects have 'awesome $project' sections that link you to the great projects.

Why not link to that and excerpt some of the great learning resources from there?
