Learning path error message can be confusing

With an empty learning path, attempt to add a Skill that exists within a Badge as the "From" field and then the badge itself as the "To" field. An error message will appear saying that it can't be added because the Skill already exists on the Learning Path, even though it doesn't - it just exists in the badge. Adjust the language to be more clear.
