Build kernel for each PR for this branch as sanity test. This will do build test for arm64 with 64k and 4k page_size and for x86 defonfig using annotations. Signed-off-by: Nirmoy Das <[email protected]>

Building the kernel before merging should be a bare minimal we should have for a repo. I haven't played with github action
before but this seems to work in my local PR
