Please support install into comfyui Desktop through Comfyui manager

I spent two full days trying to get this to work with comfy. I installed prebuilded Comfy3D-WinPortable and this package also gives an error. I installed all dependencies from requirements.txt and from my-reqs.txt. I have checked and reinstalled them several times. I have VS 2022, build tools 19 and build tools 22 installed. I output the required VS directories to the Path system variable. And still this package is not working.
