About The Pull Request

Ports a new mechanic from me.
This is an intended to be Science/Medical mechanic.

The idea is that Science researches chemical recipes for Medical (Or medical researches them) to create brand new chems and previously not mixable ones.

I'm working on these as time goes on.
To-Do (Sometime in the future):
Add a chemlab to science,
Then
Give Chemists Sci Comms

Why It's Good For The Game

Not only is this more lategame mechanics for Chemistry, it is also possibly science mechanics for the future.
