First off, your ckey is not something you need to keep secret. "Ckey" is just byond's term for "username".

Anyways, under what circumstances did you encounter this? For example, what part of the game is showing this error (genetics console, chat window, etc.)?

Additionally, does the problem go away if you do any of the following?

• Reconnect
• Disconnect, clear your BYOND cache, and reconnect
• Reboot your computer and reconnect

have tried reconnecting installing beta version of byond clearing cache and rebooting my computer and they all dont fix the
problem, the blue screen appears on the main chat window
