you cant finish the eye surgery with eye of god, it equipes to your glasses and blocks surgery meaning your now perminently blind and its entirely useless, cant even get new eyes because its blocked

Not sure where the blindness bit is coming in but
Oculine and threadrippers can get around the the issue for fixing the eyes.

Its not intended to be surgeried.. its a eye item slot wearable. this is quite funny but skill issue and should probably be closed.
