This PR makes rejuvenation clear the Hallucinatory damage type.

Why It's Good For The Game

Rejuv should fully heal a mob. Hal-Loss kills basic mobs.

Testing

Gave two Panzers separate factions and let them duke it out, constantly reviving them, with no build-up of halloss damage.
