The serverRack.md file is present in the documentation but the manual says it is not there

The problem

I was working on another wave of translations, this time in the docs, and saw that serverRack.md is present in the jar at the correct place, but it is the only file the manual can't find for some reasons, which means that there is a quite serious problem in either the links or the doc system.

How to reproduce :

1. Play Minecraft in french
2. Go to the blocks index
3. See that serverRack.md is not found while the physical file is in the jar where the game was looking for.

The file was missing in the fallback language (en_us). This arguably works as intended - it is unlikely we would want a file to exist in a translated language, but not a fallback language. So, unless such a case arises, this is a won'tfix... but I'll fix the translation itself.
