Some icons render incorrectly on Windows

There is a strange rendering bug with certain icons on Windows:

This does not repro on the Mac:

After some investigation, it appears that there is an odd export from Figma (which is what Octicons are created/exported from). When opening the original svgs in Figma, they appear normal:

But when I open them in Illustrator, you can see the certain paths are not properly flattened:

You can also see this when you open the generated preview file:

I'll need to clean up the icons with these issues manually and add them to this repo.
