For this to be compared to MADX-PTC, a change is required in MADX.
For solenoids, if ksi == 0, then the entire magnet is ignored despite ksl and knl.
Also, we have the same situation where knl[1] and ksl[1] is automatically set to 0 in MADX.
Therefore in MADX-PTC it is impossible to have a solenoid with curvature but have tested this by brute force.
