[Bug]: Cannot delete App Protection and Configuration Policies through CIPP

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

When either individually or in bulk trying to delete App Protection or Configuration policies through the CIPP console an error is displayed and the policies are not deleted.

Could not delete policy: Resource not found for the segment 'managedAppPolicies'.
