[Bug]: Error message when bulk deleting CA policies if Microsoft Managed are present

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

In our lab tenant I can individually delete self-created CA policies through CIPP but with Microsoft Managed policies present if I select one or more self-created policies and try to delete through Bulk Actions I get the error:

Could not delete CA policy with ID 4242b9c3-3094-4ed9-8bff-88a313a034dc : 1186: Microsoft-managed policy with template ID:'7fee76a4-03cd-4cfd-9949-dfe65d1f373a' cannot be deleted

You cannot delete Microsoft Managed policies, this isn't a CIPP limitation but a Microsoft limitation.
