[Bug]: Exchange portal redirects to tenant. URL looks to be incorrect. It is showing https://admin.cloud.microsoft/exchange?delegatedOrg=REDACTED.onmicrosoft.com#/homepage

Required confirmations before submitting

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

It is showing https://admin.cloud.microsoft/exchange?delegatedOrg=REDACTED.onmicrosoft.com#/homepage

I would think it should be admin.exchange.microsoft.com/ etc

This drops us into the root page of our primary tenant.

Actually the URL is correct but it appears to not pass delegation correctly.
