[Bug]: Mailbox rules loading forever

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

1. Go to tenant you know has a mailbox with rules in it.
2. Go to Mailbox Rules page. /email/administration/mailbox-rules
3. Observe the forever loading bug

This also happens on the Incident and Alerts security pages when doing an AllTenant list.
Cannot reproduce in dev, there it works perfectly fine. I'm stumped
