[Bug]: Logbook does not log GDAP Role Template changes

• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

The Logbook under CIPP > Application Settings > Logbook does not log Template Changes under Tenant Administration > GDAP Management > Role Templates

When making changes to the Role Templates, the Logbook does not log the changes made and by which user
