[Bug]: Edit Alert does change the Schedule without userinteraction

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

I have a alert on every 30 minutes and click on edit:

Without doing anything it changes to Every 4 hours:

So when i just want to edit the quota value i accidentially chance the schedule.
