[Bug]: Under Identity management -> groups the "Let people outside the organization email the group" is not set coprrectly #4359

- I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
- I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
- I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.
Issue Description
When I am under "Identity Management" --> "Groups" either in the overview or in a specific group, the toggle for "Let People outside the organization email the group" is in the "on" position even when the "Allow external senders to email this group" option is not set on that group in the admin portal for that group. See attached screenshots. This seems to be the issue with all the groups I have looked at.
