[Feature Request]: a. Remediate SHAREPOINT & ONEDRIVE DEFAULT SHARING LINK to be VIEW and not MODIFY #4234

Please confirm:
- I have searched existing feature requests (open and closed) and found no duplicates.
- **me or my organization is currently an active sponsor of the product at the $99,- level.
Problem Statement
It could be useful to be able to REMEDIATE for the SHAREPOINT & ONEDRIVE DEFAULT SHARING LINK to be VIEW and not MODIFY.
This way, we go with the model of least priviledges.
