[Feature Request]: Renaming users displayname during offboarding

Please confirm:

• I have searched existing feature requests (open and closed) and found no duplicates.
• **me or my organization is currently an active sponsor of the product at the $99,- level.

Problem Statement

Our current workflow is that we rename users display name after offboarding.

Benefits for MSPs

It would be great if this feature is added, because renaming users with prefixes like "(disabled)" would give a better view of the tenant.

Value or Importance

For us it's of high value, for others it might be different.

This has been discussed at length in other requests; we're not doing this as everyone wants something different; prefix, postfix, adding in the middle, changing the first name, changing the displayname, changing the office location.
