error when creating a gdap invitation

Hello everyone, I get this error when I try to onboard a new client:

Could you help me? I don't understand why I'm stumbling. I can see a link with the MFA, but I've tried disconnecting/reconnecting, but to no avail.

Run through SAM wizard option 2 again.

Make sure that the service account is not exempted from MFA in any way, no trusted locations, no account exceptions, etc. You must go through an MFA request during the SAM Wizard.
