Linking fails, possibly an IUP problem

Hey, I installed IUP statically and I'm getting this error when trying to build my project.

I'm probably just dumb and missed a step, but I can't seem to figure out why it can't find my GTK libs?

You may need to create a build.rs and add link directives for the GTK libraries or force dynamic linking of IUP, I'm not sure.
