Document where attributes only affect controls on creation

Some attributes on IUP controls are labeled **creation-only**, in that setting them after the control has been mapped will have no effect or a detrimental one (I am assuming the former, because IUP appears to be pretty defensively coded).

We need to document this so it does not come as a surprise to our users.
