Real Penalty File not available!!!

After trying to download Real Penalty file for my server, I get directed to Overtake site which says "The requested resource could not be found."

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Server/Real Penalty
2. Click on '1. Download Real Penalty v3.02.01b'
3. See error

Expected behavior
A site should load up with Real Penalty file ready to download and to follow next steps of tutorial
