About converting multiple .tex files to markdown

I tried the code that works for converting the data inside a main.tex to markdown file. However, some projects contain a main.tex which have \input{} that calls different .tex inside a folder. Is pypandoc able to convert it. Could you provide a code if it is possible? Thank you.
