Update webpack dependency to 2.2.0 #52
Description
The extract-text-webpack-plugin has issues with earlier versions of webpack, and webpack v2.2.0 is stable.
Last versions of extract-text-webpack-plugin can not be used with laravel-elixir-webpack-official now.
