Remove original constrained generators functionality

The original approach has been completely superseded by constrained-generators, therefore we need to clear out the old approach from cardano-ledger-test package.

It would make sense to check whether there are any useful tests that use the original framework and translate them to the new one, before deleting the original framework itself.
