"Object.hasOwn is not a function" error in 7.3.0

I'm working on a website project with Elevate as the starting point.

npm run build-upload (perhaps also just the npm run build) command fails in v7.3.0 with the error code:

Object.hasOwn is not a function

Downgrading to 7.2.1 makes it work again.

Node version: 22.14.0
npm version: 11.2.0
