srtgo on Windows

Hi all,

I built my app on Linux, and it works fine, but I can't build it on Windows. I tried copying the srt.h and srt.lib/dll files, but I still couldn't compile it.
How can I fix this? I saw some older issues about it, and it seems like they were resolved, as people were able to build it.
Are there any instructions? What is a proper way to do it?
