Include adb resize command

Describe the solution you'd like
Include the ability to use the "adb shell wm size" command as a cli option (maybe "--size")
This helps devices that render at a non-standard screen resolution (eg Samsung Galaxy S10 renders at 2280x1080) present a standard resolution (1920x1080) onto a computer screen.
