Let's add a page for every organism on the dashboards that documents how we processed the data. The page should be displayed when clicking the organism in the menus (i.e. not on "single variant", but on the organism name). The breadcrumb menu should also link there when clicking on the organism. |
First step: Implement this page for every organism. Leave it blank (i.e. not documentation), only add links to the individual views. |

It would be good to have docs somewhere on how we align and analyze each pathogen. e.g. which nextclade dataset we use, how we group segments in influenza vs CCHF, how we annotate mutations of interest, which reference we use etc.
I added a question as I am not quite sure where this page should be added. It might also be nice to add a short description of the pathogen, e.g. how many segments, if it is linear, short description of the genes...
