This PR can be abandoned.
All the changes made in this PR are reflected in the following PRs:

• cosmos/cosmos-sdk chore: fix linting issues exposed by fixing golangci-lint cosmos/cosmos-sdk#12895
• cosmos/cosmos-sdk chore: proto image migrate to ghcr cosmos/cosmos-sdk#13168

But the modification to client/context.go can be contributed upstream (with very little change).
Additionally, we need to migrate the README and our original module's changes to Finschia/finschia-sdk.
