This PR gathers the remaining follow-ups from Better Expense Report View PR's comments & slack conversations:

• [Better Expense Report View] Fix video player in expense report view & chat thread #59430 (review)
• [Better Expense Report View] Remove reply count together with expense preview after deleting last expense  #59679 (comment)
• Fix self-dm expense not removed when deleted before accepting Concierge message.
• Split report mockData & move them to proper directory since they are used also in tests RN.
• Extract mocked directories in Storybook Webpack configuration for better readability

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

Hey, I noticed you changed some webpack configuration files. This can break production builds. Did you remember to run a production build locally to verify they still work?

I did edit webpack.config.ts but inside the storybook directory, so not a case here.

I guess the failing test is a false positive it ran for ~5 hours with all cases passing maybe resolving conflicts will fix that too
