Tests

Launch New Expensify app.
Go to workspace settings > Categories.
Long tap on any category > Select.
On iOS, swipe to right to exit the page (not app back button).
On Android, use device back navigation to exit the page.
Go to Tags.

Verify that: Selection mode will not be shown in Tags page.

Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

@dominictb As we already had logic to trigger turnOffMobileSelectionMode in the custom hook. Should we remove the redundant logic in HeaderWithBackButton here

@dukenv0307 if you press back button, it will exit the selection mode first. Then press the button again -> the user will be navigated to the previous page. I think it's intentional to be like that, hence I didn't remove.
