Refactor WorkspaceBankAccountPage as described in the issue

Tests

1. Login and create a Workspace (+ > New workspace)
2. Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Connect bank account
3. Verify that you see the page
4. In the browser address bar, edit the policy id to something inexistent, e.g. _FAKE_ and refresh the page
5. Verify that you see the not found page

The steps above work for web and mWeb only. I'm not sure there's a way to test it on desktop/mobile.
