The revert was CP-ed, this should be closed soon when it's confirmed fixed on staging. |

The solution for this issue has been 🚀 deployed to production 🚀 in version 9.1.50-0 and is now subject to a 7-day regression period 📆. Here is the list of pull requests that resolve this issue: If no regressions arise, payment will be issued on 2025-05-30. 🎊 |

Action Performed:
Prerequisite: User has at least one workspace created.
Prerequisite 2: Delayed submissions and approvals disabled.
Expected Result:
When "Pay" button disappears, after disabling the "Reimbursable" option, the "Waiting for you to pay expense" message should also disappear from report.
Actual Result:
After turning off the "Reimbursable" option on report, "Pay" button disappears, but the "Waiting for you to pay expense" message is still displayed despite user not having a way to pay the expense.
