Action Performed:

Precondition: Log in to the [email protected]
Go to Settings > Workspaces > create a workspace
Go to Workflows > enable manual delayed submit & enable approvals
Steps:

1. Go to the Workspace chat
2. Click on the + button
3. Click on the Create report
4. Click on the View button

Expected Result:

Verify an Add expense green button is displayed in the header

Actual Result:

A Deleted Report briefly appears when create an empty report, and missing the Add expense button in the empty report of the account [email protected]

I just tested in MacOS: Chrome / Safari and iOS: App and could not reproduce - the Add Expense button showed up as soon as I clicked into the new, empty report.
