App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Turn off internet connection.
3. Tap on FAB and select "Create Expense"
4. Complete the creation flow and submit the expense to a workspace without expenses in it.
5. Once redirected to chat, open the expense report.
6. Note that only the amount and the buttons in header are displayed.
7. Turn on internet connection.
8. Note that expense´s details are still not displayed.

Expected Result:

Details of expense submitted while offline, should be visible when opening the report.

Actual Result:

Report is displayed empty when submitting an expense while in offline mode. Only amount and buttons in header can be seen. When turning on internet connection, report is still displayed empty. Expense details only appear after closing and reopening the report.
