Action Performed:
Pre-requisite: a workspace connected to QBO and auto sync is enabled.
Expected Result:
The export primary button is not displayed after choosing the "Mark as manually exported" option in the More menu.
Actual Result:
The export primary button is not hidden when manually exporting the expense for the first time. After the second try, the button is hidden.
The export primary action is displayed before it fails (PR Step 2 fails).
