App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Open the ND app on Desktop
2. Sign into a valid user
3. Go to Report > Expense Report > Tap on an older Report with no expense (To get the error message)

Expected Result:

User expects there to be a button above or a header to interact

Actual Result:

Nothing is there, the UI looks oddly placed

@OfstadC The issue we were on hold for has now been closed, as it’s no longer reproducible. I'm also unable to reproduce the current issue on my end. We can have QA re-test it, and if they’re also unable to reproduce it, we can proceed with closing it.
