App Component: Left Hand Navigation (LHN)

Action Performed:

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
2. Tap on FAB and select "Start Chat"
3. Tap on "Room"
4. Add a name and finish the creation flow.
5. Once redirected to chat, add a mention of a room that doesn´t exist yet. (For example: [HOLD for payment 2023-10-02] [HOLD for payment 2023-09-07] [HOLD for payment 2023-09-04] [HOLD for payment 2023-08-24] [HOLD for payment 2023-08-17] [HOLD for payment 2023-08-10] [HOLD for payment 2023-08-08] [HOLD for payment 2023-08-07] [HOLD for payment 2023-08-03] [HOLD for payment 2023-08-02] [HOLD for payment 2023-08-01] [HOLD for payment 2023-07-28] [HOLD for payment 2023-07-26] [HOLD for payment 2023-07-24] [HOLD for payment 2023-07-21] [HOLD for payment 2023-07-20] [HOLD for payment 2023-07-17] [HOLD for payment 2023-07-14] Implement custom buttons #123)
6. On the whisper message displayed, tap on "Yes"
7. Return to LHN.
8. Note that the new room is not displayed on chats list.

Expected Result:

New room created via whisper, should be displayed on LHN on chats list.

Actual Result:

Room created via whisper, doesn´t appear on LHN and the user has to search for it on "Search" section.

@CortneyOfstad FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors.

I think this is expected since our current behavior is if there is nothing in the room don't show that in LHN

I agree, since we're in focus mode in the video, I didn't expect it to show on the LHN
